1. Accommodation & Facilities

• Our cozy cottage is fully air-conditioned for your comfort throughout your stay.
• You will enjoy 1.25 acres of lush, green surroundings perfect for relaxation.
• The farmhouse is located conveniently on the Noida Expressway for easy access.
• We provide 24/7 security at the main gate for your safety and peace of mind.
• The farmhouse is fully solar-powered during the day, promoting sustainable and eco-friendly energy use.

• A generator is available for night-time (after 8 pm onwards) use when solar power is unavailable.
• Generator charges are ₹300 per hour.
• If the generator runs for more than 8 hours, any additional hours will be covered by us at no extra cost to you.

• To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, loud music or DJ parties are strictly prohibited after 10 PM.
• We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise levels respectful during late hours.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

• Please take care of the property and facilities during your stay.
• Any misconduct or damage will be borne by the customer.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited without license or designated government limit.
• No adultery activity will be tolerated.
